基于本体的方式构建工艺知识库中参数的分类表达方式,构建打磨工艺知识库模型;通过基于机器视觉的表面质量评估、打磨工艺参数的关联性计算,实际打磨工艺数据的积累,并开发深度学习算法,运用路径规划及虚拟打磨技术、打磨力的实时控制,开发关键打磨机构,实现复杂型面模具智能抛光打磨机器人系统的应用,解决模具抛光大量采用手工操作、生产效率低、劳动强度大、抛光质量难以保证的技术难题。
Based on die-body, the classification and expression of parameters in process knowledge base is constructed, and the model of grinding process knowledge base is constructed. Through surface quality evaluation based on machine vision and correlation calculation of grinding process parameters, the accumulation of actual grinding process data is achieved, and the deep learning algorithm is developed. Path planning and virtual grinding are used. Technology for real-time control of grinding force, development of key grinding mechanism, implementation of intelligent polishing and grinding robot system for complex surface die, solve the technical problems of manual operation, low production efficiency, high labor intensity and poor polishing quality has been conquered.
